Terms of Service

By creating a Waptic account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Waptic provides a WhatsApp Business inbox, campaign manager, and AI auto-reply. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of WhatsApp / Meta. Your use of WhatsApp itself is governed by WhatsApp's own Business Terms.

2. Account and eligibility

• You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter a contract.
• You must have the right to send messages on behalf of the WhatsApp Business number you connect.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Waptic to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or content that violates WhatsApp's Business Terms.
• Harass, threaten, or defraud any person.
• Send content that is illegal, harmful, sexually explicit involving minors, or promotes violence.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent rate limits.
• Resell the service or access without our written consent.

We may suspend or terminate your account without refund if we determine, in good faith, that you have violated this section.

4. Subscription and payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe.
• Prices are shown at checkout. We may change prices with 30 days notice for renewals.
• Failed payments will pause your account after 7 days of grace.

5. Refunds

Refund terms are in our Refund Policy.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of all messages, contacts, media, and templates you send through Waptic. You grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide the service.

7. Uptime and support

We target 99.5% monthly uptime. We do not offer a formal SLA and provide the service on a best-effort basis. Support is provided via hello@waptic.com during UAE business hours.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. We may terminate your account for Terms violation, or with 30 days notice for any other reason.

9. Warranties and liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ajman, UAE.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app and by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
